Do I talk to “real doctors”?
Yes. Our patients only talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified family physicians, licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
Are my electronic health records kept private?
Your health records are kept totally private and we employ state of the art encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
Do I have to have existing health insurance coverage?
We accept most commercial insurance coverage such as Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Humana and UnitedHealthcare, and many other exchange programs. We also offer self-pay services. We currently do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
